How delivery works
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download links are shown on screen and sent to the email address you used at checkout.
Delivery timing
Delivery is immediate. There is no waiting period and nothing is dispatched by post or courier.
Formats & compatibility
Books are provided as PDF files and audio in a standard format, so they work on phones, tablets, and computers.
Access & re-downloading
Your materials remain available to you, so you can download them again if you change device or misplace a file.

Please check your inbox and spam or promotions folder first. If your links still haven’t arrived, contact us with your checkout email and we’ll resend them promptly.
No physical shipping
This is a digital product. No physical item will be shipped.
